bug’s brother came to visit this weekend

quite a while back at a going away “party” for a friend of mine who worked at the Holiday Barn (remember? the place i take bug to camp twice a week?) i ran into a guy and we began talking about our boxers.

as it turns out, his boxer logan, and my boxer ladybug came from THE SAME FREAKIN’ LITTER!! how crazy is that? well, we got along right off the bat, exchanged information and promised to get the dogs together so they could hang out since they were brother and sister.

our relationship with this couple (and logan) has been a great one. we like to hang out, go out to dinner etc. and we love leaving our dogs with the other family whenever we go out of town or will be occupied for several hours etc. sometimes we even get the dogs together for play dates.

that’s what happened saturday, and logan and bug had a great time hangin’ out together. it had been a while since the two of them had seen each other outside of camp (sometimes they are there on the same days, and are always each others “best playmate” for the day when they’re there together). logan’s parents have recently had a baby, and it has somewhat put a damper on bug and logan’s hangin’ out time, which is completely understandable.

but they were able to get together this weekend and had some fun together. we love keeping logan because the two of them get along so well, love each other SO MUCH, and he is a really chill dog to have in the house.

we’ll have to get them together sooner than later next time.
